Alas de Luna · Creative Retreat

Seven days to reconnect with your creative essence through nature, ritual and community. We gather in the enchanted Galápagos Islands to create, slow down and listen — blending movement, reflection and artistic practice by the sea and volcanic landscape.

A global circle

Artists and seekers from different countries building sisterhood and creative alliances.

Emotional support

A held space for process, listening and co-regulation as we create.

Ritual & structure

We turn ideas into projects with meaning, rhythm and real-world momentum.

What the week feels like

Mornings begin with mindful movement and ocean air. Workshops invite you to explore your voice across disciplines — writing, movement, visual arts, sound. Afternoons allow rest, journaling and island explorations. Nights bring dinner circles, storytelling and open sharing beneath the stars.

This retreat is for artists, facilitators and dreamers ready to nourish their practice in one of the most magical places on Earth — with the support of a community that celebrates your process.

Retreat experience

Itinerary · 7 Days

Day 1

Day 1 · Arrival — “Gestation of a Project”

Arrival to Santa Cruz, hotel check-in and welcome dinner. Opening circle to set intentions and begin the creative travel journal that will accompany the week — stepping through the portal that is Galápagos, leaving routine behind.

Day 2

Day 2 · “Territories of Inspiration”

Transfer to Isabela Island. Sunset walk on an isabela beach and a water meditation (life & emotion). Workshop: creative cartographies — a visual map of your artistic universe. Fire circle to share first insights.

Day 3

Day 3 · “Dance the Sea”

Ecstatic dance at Playa del Amor to free the body and open creativity. Afternoon interdisciplinary labs — dance with paint, poetry with music, photography with performance — closing with a sunset muse session.

Day 4

Day 4 · “Memories of Water”

With trust established, we enter the Memorias Uterinas workshop at El Estero — a space of healing, art and word to reconnect with feminine creative energy. Afternoon: personal project work focused on practical sustainability.

Day 5

Day 5 · “Collective Seeds”

Excursion to Sucre Caves — a powerful volcanic landscape to work with the fire metaphor. Workshop on self-managed touring and Latin American networks for women artists. We end the day with self-massage by the sea.

Day 6

Day 6 · “Æther”

Workshop ConectARTE at the sea-lion beach — exploring the emotional layers of our psyche and how they shape creation. We build a collective interdisciplinary performance from the week’s experiences. Closing visit to Concha Perla (crystal-clear lagoon).

Day 7

Day 7 · “Universe & Transcendence”

Public closing festival at Isabela’s central park — optional showcases and an open fair for sharing and selling creative works, plus an open mic. Reflection circle and farewell ritual to honor what we lived and learned together.

Return home

Return Home · Farewell

We close with a keepsake and support through the last activity in Isabela — taking the spirit of the residency back into your life and projects.
